At Jubilee Tex, the washing process is customized to ensure the fabrics meet their desired market application and is a crucial process that enhances the fabric’s look, feel and finish. The process starts with pre-treatment to ensure the fabric is free of impurities.
Once the fabric is dyed, we treat the fabrics with enzyme wash, stone wash, acid wash, etc., and later with softening agents as per customer specification to deliver the required fabric finishing. We maintain strict quality control measures and prioritize sustainability by minimizing water usage and reducing environmental impact.
