Jubilee Tex’s dyeing division, incepted in 2015, is strategically situated at the Indian Government Approved Industrial Estate for processing Units in SIPCOT at Perundurai, significantly impacting our progress. Our dyeing facility houses hi-tech machinery and is designed to handle open-width and tubular fabric ranges with a production capacity of 8000 kgs per day. We improve strategies and operations with continual improvements and ensure that our dyed garments meet the highest quality standards with stringent quality checks to ensure the accuracy of dyed colour.
Jubilee Tex dyeing unit is certified with OEKO-TEX standard Class-1 certification to assure that our garments are safe and free from harmful substances and 100% reuse of processed water with a fully functional ETP plant.
We strive to minimize our environmental footprint by actively limiting the release of hazardous waste into the environment. Our advanced ETPs effectively remove toxic pollutants from wastewater, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and improving water quality before being discharged into the environment.
We consistently meet the exact colour requirements of our customers and hold NATIFIC certification for Colour Matching using SPECTROPHOTOMETER XRITE Ci7800. We have installed advanced German machinery at the finishing stage to control fabric shrinkage and sustain the fabric’s desired dimensions and quality.
